Product introduction

Structural composition:

• Dust collector body:

usually welded with high-quality steel, with good sealing and strength, able to withstand high-concentration dust and large pressure fluctuations generated in the production process of sand making building. The body structure includes air inlet, air outlet, filter chamber, cleaning chamber, ash hopper and other parts.

• Filter bag:

Working principle:

The dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, and first passes through the guide plate to evenly distribute the airflow to each filter chamber.

When the dust-containing gas passes through the filter bag, the dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas passes through the filter bag into the dust cleaning chamber and then is discharged from the air outlet.

As the filtration process proceeds, the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to accumulate, causing the resistance of the dust collector to gradually increase. When the resistance reaches the set value, the control system sends a dust removal signal and the pulse injection system starts.

Compressed air is instantly injected into the injection pipe through the pulse valve, and then ejected at high speed from the nozzle on the injection pipe to clean the filter bag. After cleaning, the resistance of the filter bag decreases, and the dust collector returns to normal working state.
