Structural composition:

• Combustion device:

• Heat exchange device:

• Control system:

 It is composed of temperature sensors, controllers, etc., which can monitor the operating parameters of the hot blast furnace in real time, such as temperature, pressure, etc., and automatically adjust the fuel supply, blast volume, etc. according to the set parameters to ensure the stable operation and high efficiency and energy saving of the hot blast furnace.

• Working principle:

Depending on the fuel, the working principle of the energy-saving high-temperature flue gas hot blast furnace is slightly different. Taking coal as an example, coal burns in the combustion device to produce high-temperature flue gas. The blast device blows cold air into the hot blast furnace. When the cold air passes through the heat exchange device, it exchanges heat with the high-temperature flue gas.
